Meet Mariette Tipton
President & CEO
I am dedicated to providing comprehensive travel for you and everyone that travels with you. I can help you plan your flights, tours, accommodations and unique experiences for your next getaway. I have traveled extensively to over 96 countries throughout the world – focusing on Africa, Europe, Asia, Peru and North America. I have completed certification programs with major cruise lines and am also a Globus Tours, Starwood and Amawaterways River Cruise Certified Specialist. My specialties and passions include, but are not limited to, African safaris and mission experiences, group travel and photography. I also love helping my customers explore exotic destinations by providing unique experiences such as gorilla trekking or cycling along the European canals.
I was born in South Africa, lived in the Netherlands, Puerto Rico and the United States. I took my first transatlantic cruise at age 6 to immigrate to America. You might say traveling is in my blood!

Michael Weldon is a seasoned travel advisor with a passion for discovering the world and helping others do the same. With personal travel experience across the globe and five years living in Ukraine while working with a nonprofit NGO, Michael brings a deep understanding of cultural connection and meaningful travel.
He specializes in finding the best deals and designing personalized, unforgettable itineraries that go beyond the typical tourist path. Whether it’s a luxury escape or an off-the-beaten-track adventure, Michael curates each trip with care and creativity.
As an Airbnb Superhost, he also knows what makes a stay truly special—insights he passes on to every client. From start to finish, Michael is dedicated to crafting travel experiences that inspire, surprise, and delight.

My travel adventures began at age two aboard a British ocean liner bound for Sydney, Australia. Since then, I’ve explored 17 countries across five continents, from the dramatic landscapes of Iceland and the charming villages of Slovenia to my all-time favorite destination, the stunning island of Madeira.
After a rewarding career in Human Resources, I retired with plans to spend more time exploring the world. Along the way, I met Mariette Tipton on a river cruise, and what began as a shared love of travel quickly grew into an exciting opportunity to help others create unforgettable journeys of their own.

Throughout her career, she has led students on 34 international trips, exploring more than 30 countries across six continents. Chances are, she’s already been where you want to go! With firsthand knowledge of destinations around the world and a passion for helping others explore them, Dr. Kenyon is ready to help you plan an unforgettable journey with confidence and ease.
